KEPALA BATAS (08 MAC 2024) : His Royal Highness Al Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah Sultan Kedah Darul Aman consented to perform the Friday prayers at Masjid Jamek As-Shahab, Kepala Batas, here, today.

The Arrival of His Royal Highness Al Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah at 1.15 pm was greeted by Yang Berhormat Tuan Haji Dzowahir Bin Haji Ab. Ghani (Agriculture, Plantation & Transport EXCO) as the representative to YAB Menteri Besar Kedah, Sohibus Samahah Dato' Paduka Syeikh Fadzil Bin Haji Awang (Kedah State Mufti), YBhg. Dato' Dr. Haji Abd Ghani @ Zulkifli bin Haji Zainuddin (Secretary of Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Kedah), Yang Dihormati Dato' Fisol bin Saleh (Kedah Chief Police), Yang Berbahagia Tuan Sheikh Fakhrurrazi Bin Yub Head of MAIK's Wakaf Division and JHEAIK Senior Officers.

Khatib and Imam of Friday prayer for this week, Yang Berusaha Ustaz Haji Ismail (Imam Masjid Jamek As-Shahab) delivered a sermon entitled "Kembali Merindu". During the last rakaat of the Friday Prayer, Imam read Qunut Nazilah in solidarity against the cruelty imposed on the Palestinian.

After performing the Friday prayer, His Royal Highness Sultan Kedah agreed to have a commemorative photo session with all Kedah State Government Officials and Mosque Committee.

His Royal Highness departed from the mosque at 2.30 p.m. and followed by other dignitaries.
