Collections of Skim Dana Wakaf Tunai MAIK will be bought in exchange for eternal wealth for the general benefit of Muslims
Joint venture agreement between MAIK and UUM to implement collection Skim Dana Wakaf Tunai UUM
A joint initiative between MAIK and Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB) in gathering the dana wakaf tunai from the public and corporate
a) Manage the acceptance of wakaf from the public.
b) Administering and taking care of wakaf properties so that they are perfectly preserved.
c) Give a clear understanding to the community about the true concept and practice of wakaf.
d) Increase the appreciation of the practice of wakaf among the community in order to ensure that the teachings of Islam continue to excel.
e) Ensuring that wakaf properties are properly administered so that the Muslim community benefits from the wakaf properties.
f) Properly maintain and administer wakaf properties in accordance with the function of the Council as the trustee of all wakaf.
Wakaf is divided into two categories namely:
i) Wakaf Am - for the purpose of the general welfare of MuslimsThere are 5 concepts of wakaf :
1. Wakaf cuts off the ownership or any claim for recovery from the wakaf payer after the pronunciation of the wakaf warding.
2. Wakaf shall consist of beneficial properties.
3. Wakaf shall consist of permanent assets.
4. Wakaf must be made permanently without any time limit.
5. Wakaf must be made for charitable purposes according to Hukum Syarak
